Flyover Overcome Loss Mudik at Simpang Jomin

West Java Provincial Government is planning to build an overpass at Simpang Jomin,Cikampek. Development is done because the line is often the culprit when the currentcongestion forth.

"We are proposing the construction of highways through the Ministry of Public Works," said West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan when ditenui at Sate House, Tuesday, August 6, 2011.

Overpass, scheduled to be built along 800 meters starting from Jomin to Pearl, thisbudget will be charged to the state budget.

Meanwhile, the Head of Highways Department of West Java Province, M Guntoro, said that construction of Flyover is a solution to overcome the bottlenecks in the GazaPantura. Especially Regions Simpang Jomin which is a bottleneck point because it is the main route for vehicles from the west. "Now it crashed, all go in there," said Guntoro.

Given Jomin Flyover will be divided into lanes, under the intended vehicle path from west to east. In contrast to vehicles from east to west will use the flyover.
